Your new Greentree home is probably one of the largest single investments that you will make in your lifetime. The Greentree Group has established a reputation in the Winnipeg housing community with more than four decades of producing high quality, stylish, highly livable homes. Excellent resale value of over two thousand homes attests to the excellence of design, superior craftsmanship, excellent blending of materials, and careful selection of communities in which all our homes are built.

All Greentree homes are warranted for five (5) years under the National Home Warranty Programs. During the first year, Greentree offers an all-inclusive warranty, subject to the terms and conditions of the Greentree warranty policy, as outlined in the Greentree Homes Service Manual. For the remaining four (4) years of the warranty, all the structural components of the home are warranted by, a third party warranty program.

Greentree's service personnel are skilled in a wide variety of areas. This is beneficial to the homeowner since our service personnel are familiar with how your home is constructed and he or she can perform the repairs with minimum disruption to your home life.
